My parts are manufactured from a mix of additive manufacturing processes.  Whichever can meet goals with best cost.

Some FDM, MJF, DMLS, SLS, and SLA.  Generally speaking all functional parts are Nylon, Steel, or Aluminum.  Many parts receive post processing, drilling, tapping, etc before being packaged and shipped.

Scale accessories and some organizers are made from High Impact PLA.  Not the $10.99/kg special stuff :) 

Yes!  All 1Tenth parts come  with a minimum 90 day warranty. 

Servo mounts and skids have a 1 year warranty.

If you're not happy with your part for any reason when you get it, just let me know.  I'm just a RC nerd like the rest of us not a huge corporation so I want to be sure you get what you wanted.
